Fujinzaki. - Kiga's very own 'wind board'. A simple enough item, but incredibly fast when used with Kiga's exceptional agility and wind talents. - Peronal Item. - This board is a riding platform, worn on the back when not in use. - The board is enchanted to hover slightly above the ground at all times. - Easiuly propelled with air magic - so long as the rider can maintain balance and control.

How much??
The board itself doesn't do much. $200 and it's yours to take home today!
Flame of Frostmane -Two-Handed Melee Weapon -Blade glows a soft red when were creatures are near -Wielder MUST be a Frostmane clan member -Does slight bonus damage to were creatures -User can spend one round charging the blade to cause a trail of flame in the direction of the swing. The wielder is Fatigued after such strike -Charged attack does light fire damage $300
Hope this is balanced enough for a personal item for Zaedus.
Yes two handed, as for the Frostmane part, they are only made by the Frostmane, and having one will be highly suspicious, but anyone can use it. As for power level, light to not be game breaking.
anyother character would have to have a good reason to possess one, and since I wanted it to be a PERSONAL item, I threw in the requirement.
Flame of Frostmane -Two-handed greatsword. -Seen only among the Frostmanes. Use by anyone not a member of that tribe would be seen as highly suspicious. -Blade glows a soft red when were-creatures are near. -Does slight bonus fire damage to were-creatures. -User can spend one round charging the blade to cause a trail of flame in the direction of the swing. The wielder is Fatigued after such a strike. -Charged attack does light fire damage equal to lvl 1 Fire Magic. $300
Fryststave - Stolen from frost giants. By ninjas. I mean ninja. Ninja ninja ninja! - Polearm Weapon. - The user can freeze their target upon landing a successful hit. - The target is frozen for one round. - This ability can be used once per day. - $250.
While the staff is a polearm not a two handed sword like Frostmane the price is comparable enough. I upped the level of the fire magic to 2 when charged and 1 in it's normal state to compensate for the extra gold needed to buy it.

You are welcome. If I remember right when we revamped all the weapons we tried to set a straight price for each ability based on power. Now, what would be considered liabilities dropped the price.
For instance Fryststave froze an enemy in place, but only on a successful hit and only for one round. Still, that's a powerful enchantment. But, you could only use it once a day.
If we have other personalized equipment ordered you can go by that reference or search the weapon market for a similar item. I would do that first myself, to see if the player can buy something already listed. There are quite a few.

“Put some clothes on, you weird, yellow-eyed, table-dancing, werewolf-training, cryptic, stare-me-right-in-the-eyes-and-don't-even-blink wench.”
Yeah I had tried to compare it to other items and felt it was a touch underpowered, especially for a personal item. However my brain wasn't working at the time to come up with a way to balance it out lol.
That and it being my first item approval I wanted to be sure I was on the same page as the other Admin.
