Spinning on her toes, she launched an attack. Sticking at the range of her blades, she attacked with one from above, and the second aimed at the torso with the blunt side of the blade after another spin before jumping back. As long as she was at range, she'd do just fine.
::Up in the nosebleed section sat a lone figure. She had been there all day, as she had not much else better to do. She had watched the training of the new Sentinels with mild interest. Only the last one had shown much promise in her opinion. And only after he had properly evaluated his opponent.
Something this new guy seemed to have yet to do as he waved an armed opponent to take the first swing instead of taking the lead and trying to close the gap and get inside her guard. Thus negating her reach and effectiveness with her weapons.
There was the off chance he could surprise her, but if he was as skilled with his hands as he was with his words...this may be really short...
So she leaned back on the bench and kicked her feet up on the seat in front of her. She grabbed the half eaten box of popped-corn beside her and continued to snack as she wacthed what was about to unfold...::
((Let me know if Im metagaming or whatever. Trying to take in consideration our talents and make the fight last longer instead of just Dionne killing me off in one attack. LOL!! Will change if need be.))
So much for the small talk and introductions, this woman seemed like she wanted him dead. It was as if she was thirsty for blood and may have never sparred with anybody before. Maybe she didn't know that it was a just friendly thing.
Seeing as how she spun with an attack from above with her right arm (confirmed with Dionne), he takes a step to his left. He then raises his right hand with palm open, fingers pointing up, to push the blade away to his right with his covered knuckles using her force and momentum to his advantage, while his right shoulder moves backwards with the flow to dodge the attack.
Knowing well that she would use the other blade also as a combo attack, he awaited her next move. She then spun again and aimed for his torso area with the other blade. Seeing as there was no opening to push the attack away or even get in to disarm her, he bends his knees and lets his top half of his body bend backwards as far as possible, dropping him low to avoid the slash, but not completly in time as it cuts through his armor covering his chest either way. It burned as it went through his skin, but he was lucky it didn't do worse than that. A grunt was heard as the masked man showed signs of pain.
Seeing as she jumps back to get some space between them, there was no need to hurry back up and counter. She was a smart fighter. He takes his time to get back up and looks down at his injured chest.
Don't want to kill me huh?... Okay, lets see how you do on defense.
His eyes look back at her before he begins to hop once again and slowly moves towards her until he feels he is within range to attack. Thats when his pace shifts. Keeping an eye at her blades at all times, he makes a quick jab at her face with his right hand and a midsection haymaker with his left, stopping just short from making both contacts before trying to kick her right knee to try and make her lose balance.

"I fought the law and then I was broken out... Is that a bad thing?"
Dionne remained focused, she was used to such distractions. She let her bodyweight drop as he attacked her. She was too slow to really do anything, as her hand to hand abilites were medicore as best. Taking the kick to the knee, she managed to just about bail out by throwing herself forward and into a roll. With a heavy sigh she threw her left blade out and spun again, doing a 360, aiming low. Some blood dripping from her side, as during the roll the blade caught her.
" I guess letting you up was a bad idea." Dionne muttered to herself, and decided for a restless assult. She started to spin, strike after strike, alternating. With nothing to block the attack, she thought safe from being countered, and at best force him to back off for a little while. Her leg couldn't quite support her weight, and Dionne was limping slitghly.

Seeing her roll after his kick, he then turned his body to face her and raised his leg just high enough to have the low spinning blade pass right under his foot.
She then spun once again and he knew that the attack could come out of nowhere and be hard to track where her next strike would come from. So he stepped back as she went on a flurry of strikes at him. His body moved left and right, back and forward while his feet kept him firm to dodge as many as he could. His body was taking some moderate cuts from the restless assault, since he didn't have a weapon to better defend himself, but he did well to not receive any serious wounds. Blood would slowly begin to stain his leather armor. Redblade's body was trained to be quite agile and with his heightened senses, he could see things clearer than most people usually would not. The pain was still something he tried to ignore, but would keep him uneasy.
Eyes focused on every single swing from her blade towards his body. He did his best to remain in this fight.
He waited for the perfect opportunity. And she seemed to be on a frenzy spinning and swinging her blades at him. Sooner or later she would either tire out, or make an error and leave an opening for him. When that time came, he would send another quick kick to her already injured leg to make the pain worse if it connected.

"I fought the law and then I was broken out... Is that a bad thing?"
As she realised that he wasn't going to give up, Dionne went to take a few steps back and ensure that he really did want to continue. His wounds kinda concerned her, but she respected him for it. As she went to take a few steps back however, he landed the kick making her gasp in pain. She rolled backwards with a slight grimance of pain and after slitghly struggling to get up asked;
"You sure you want to continue this? Dionne wasn't sure if she could, but if Red was able to set the pain from his wounds away, so could she if need be. However, she started to get fond of this crazy guy, and killing him in here, didn't sit right with her.
Ramir shook his head in disappointment. He was undecided as to whether they simply refused to commit to their actions, or they were just terribly inexperienced, but there was little that he could learn here.
There were a few people about though, perhaps the next match would be worth his time. Of course, he had to wait for these two to finish disassembling one another.
Having lost interest, he shifts again in the bleachers an d decides instead to lay length ways down the bench, folding his arms under his head and watching the sky for a time. Now that, he could do for countless hours.
After landing the kick, Redblade had prepared himself for another flurry of strikes until he noticed her roll backwards. It stunned him to not see her get back up with the same energy she had before.
His body was exhausted by that time, but he would not be one to back down first in a fight. Breathing hard and with swet coming down his face behind his mask, Redblade stopped hopping for a second. His adrenaline was up and his blood flowing within him while at some parts of his body it was flowing out. Yeah it hurt like hell, but he was trained to not show his pain and injuries. Maybe that was one of the reasons he wore a mask.
After hearing her words and realizing he hit her while she was trying to stop the fight, he felt pretty bad about himself and walked towards her extending a hand out to help her up. Breathing hard he said...
Forgive me.... I should have not hit you if you were backing up.

"I fought the law and then I was broken out... Is that a bad thing?"
She gave a little smile. It was a while since she had actually been able to train, without someone trying to kill her on the spot. Dionne began to think that maybe she misjudged Red, and he wasn't that bad of company afterall.
" It's not all that bad, I mean just look at yourself, friend." Dionne put her blades away, breathing heavily. Maybe it wasn't coin that she earned, and instead, a colleague.
Redblade raised his arms to his sides and began to inspect his wounds. He did not think that he had received that many hits, but the cuts on his armor said otherwise.
Will you look at that... I'm still in one piece, although just a few scratches.
They were more than scratches, but he played it off to not sound like a wimp.
He reflected on her words and tilted his head at her.
Did you just call me "friend"?... I believe I deserve the priviledge of knowing your name now, right?

"I fought the law and then I was broken out... Is that a bad thing?"
"Dionne. My name is Dionne." She introduced herself shortly. Looking down she inspected her knee, judging it to be possibly dislocated.
"You fight well, strange to see someone unarmed though." Dionne added shortly. Taking Kiro out of it's holster she gave it a spin in her hand, not being that great in a conversation of this sort.
::bits of popped-corn flew from Neko's mouth as she gasped in shock...
-But he didn't...
But she...
But...-
Where was the takedown? The follow through?
Real fights rarely ended with the opponents just walking away content that they were evenly matched.
True, this was a bit of sparring. Training between now newly formed friends. But she had been expecting more then a couple quick passes.
Shrug
-Oh well...
Guess i should at least go thank them for the show.-
So she set the rest of her snack on the bench beside her and hopped down the tiers, over the man that looked like he was napping, to the tourney floor.
She approached the duelist with a smile, offering her hand to them after a couple claps.::
What a beautiful name, he thought to himself. Noticing that she was looking at her wounded knee, he got closer to help her up until she spun her weapon around again so he stepped back. It seemed to him that maybe she wanted to continue the match after all. So he bagan to hop again and raised his hands in a defensive stance, getting some distance between them.
Does this mean you want to continue? ... I think we should get your knee check at the infarmory, if you ask me.
The cat-like being caught his attention as she walked over to them and he stopped hopping when she began to clap. Seeing as though she had watched them fight, he was unaware there were spectators around until now. The smile on her face was contagious that it brought a smile to his face as well.
Uhh... hi.
He extends his hand to her to greet.
My name is Redblade, and you?
At this point, he figured he'd just ask for her name instead of battling it out like he just had with Dionne.

"I fought the law and then I was broken out... Is that a bad thing?"
" Spinning Kiro around helps me think. It only dislocated, possibly fractured..." Dionne started, but stopped for a second as they've been approached. Taking Sai out, just in case the cathian is there to start a fight due to them both being wounded, Dionne wasn't going to take any chances.
"Wonder how this will turn out" She thought, as Redblade got all friendly and all.
::She continued to smile at both of them as she shook, the hand of the masked man.
In answer to his question, she took a step back and knelt in the loose dirt of the tourney floor and used her finger to write her name. It took a few tries, since she was trying to write upside down so they could read it. But in the end it was done...with the N backwards...
It read NEKO.
Standing back up, she offered her hand to the woman next.::
