Ivy jumped back, startled. She moved away from the man to stand a little behind Gru, and combed her hair with her fingers as she glared at him. "What are you talking about?" she snapped, then remembered he couldnt hear very well. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" She yelled, feeling glad that she had an excuse other then him messing around with her hair. "IM NOT A DESIGN! IM A HUMAN!!" she let her arms hang down at her sides, ready to grab for her bow if he tried to come any closer.
Gru was kinda thankful that Ivy was short and he was tall, otherwise her shouting as she stood behind him would have gone right through his ear. The Worgen covered his ears as a precaution anyway as she was that loud.
The way the old man was talking made Gru think he was seeing the girl as some kinda...well he didn't have a clue. Something not human anyway.
"I think there's been a mistake." He said loud enough so the old man might hear. "She's a real human girl."
As if to demonstrate his point, Gru turned and pinched Ivy's neck.

Hex laughed and fell on the floor. He pointed at Ivy and giggled away. "Ivy! You... he... his accent... Haha!" Hex couldn't make out words to describe how hilarious this guy is. He just sat there and laughed away, wiping the tears off of his face as he calmed down and stood back up.
"I think I am in agreement with wolfy here," Hex said to the man. "She does in fact look and act human."
Ivy yelped and whacked Grus hand away when he pinched her, turning to scowl at him before scowling at the man. Well, at least he was done getting up in her face. Now all there was to do was see what this crazy, deaf man needed help with, besides the obvious. "WILL YOU TELL US WHAT YOU WANTED HELP WITH NOW?" she shouted. She ignored what the man said to Hex, as she wasnt able to understand what he was saying.

Hex held his hands up as if he was accused of something or was about to get impaled with an arrow.
"Hold up, Mister. I was just laughing at her, not you... I promise. She's a friend~"
Hex blatantly lied but held a straight face, looking at Ivy and the man as if he was confused as who to look at. He put his hands back down and giggled at Ivy's rage.
"Please excuse my friend. She's a but hot tempered. What did you want us to do, Mister?"
"You're welcome." Gru said to Ivy, in a not unfriendly tone, after she slapped his hand away.
She could've shown some gratitude for his help. At least the old man wasn't poking and prodding her anymore. As the worgen watched her shout at the old man again, Gru could see just how hot tempered she really was. Her friend was right about her. Ivy was impatient. Probably one of these new age kids who had to have the latest gadget or doohickey NOW! or else.
::The old man put a hand on Hex's shoulder as he spoke to him.::
"I HAVE A COUSHIN! SHIMPLE LAD! SHWEET, BUT SHOFT IN THE HEAD! YOU REMIND ME OF HIM! WITHOUT THE SHWEET PART!"
::The man gives Hex's cheek a pat before walking back behind the counter. The Herb Lady puts up a sign and get all kinds of good folks to help her out, and her gets this lot. Well, best make do with what he has...::
"SHO! YOU CAME FOR THE JOB?! EXCELLENT! ASH YOU MAY HAVE GUESSHHED I DEAL IN METALWORK AND MACHINERY! THE FINESHT GNOMISHH CLOCKWORKSH! TROUBLE ISH I NEED A CERTAIN METAL THAT ISH FAIRLY HARD TO COME BY! ORCADIUM!"
::He pauses here to look everyone over, expecting to see comprehension in the eyes of the party.::
Ivy sighed and looked over at Gru. "Thanks" she said, not sure if she meant it or not. She supposed he had been trying to just prove she was human, so there wasnt ant real reason to be mad at him. When the man finally got around to telling them what he needed help with, Ivy just blinked at him, as she had never heard of that kind of metal. Actually, she didnt know the name of any metal, she didnt care what her weapons and such were made of, as long as they worked. But her eyes lit up already, and a small smile played on her lips. "If it was hard to come across, then that meant there would probably be danger..and where there was danger, there was an adventure. "WHERE CAN WE FIND THIS METAL AT?" she asked loudly, stepping away from Gru and Hex so she they wouldnt shoot her looks or anything if she was too loud.

Hex spoke mainly towards Gru and Ivy due to the loudness of his speech, which the guy probably couldn't hear. He looked towards the almost enraged Ivy and giggled a little bit.
"You know, maybe we should ask him, since he knows about it. Ivy, you go ahead and figure that out..."
Hex stood against a wall, just waiting for an answer from the man or Ivy.
Gru stood at the back of the class, scratching the fur beneath his chin. Orcadium? That was the question he didn't know the answer to. He would have asked the obvious questions but Ivy and Hex had those covered.
::The old man seemed baffled and scratched his head at the thought of them not knowing...::
"ORCADIUM! YOU KNOW! ITSH THE METAL USHED BY ORCSH! TOO SHOFT FOR WEAPONSH OR ARMOR! THEY USHE IT FOR COINSH! I NEED YOU TO FIND ME SHOME ORCISHH MONEY!
SHHOULDNT BE TOO HARD TO FIND NEITHER! ORCSH ARE COMMON IN THE WOODSH! AN OUTPOSHT WASH RAIDED NOT THAT LONG AGO AND BURNED TO THE GROUND! MIGHT BE YOU COULD FIND SHOME NEAR THERE!"
Ivy blew out a breath, relieved she didnt need to ask more about it. Reaching over her shoulder, she carefully felt her bow and smiled, nodding. "WE CAN TAKE CARE OF IT." she said loudly, grinning at Hex and Gru. Oh, she couldnt wait to begin, if not to just get away from this man. This would be interesting, finding orcish money, and she turned to leave and start her hunt. "I think we can leave now." she told the guys
Orcadium. Orcs. It all made sense now! Gru chuckled. The three of them were going to hunt down some troublesome orcs to get their coins to exchange for more coins. It was funny but it was a trade nonetheless.
As he'd thought, Ivy was the first out of the door. She certainly was an eager one. Not that Gru wasn't, mind you. The worgen from the north was all for teaching some orcs a valuable lesson about the wrongs of burning and pillaging.
"Sir, we'll get you that metal." Gru again spoke louder than normal so the tinkerer could hear.
