After having had his spirits lifted for becoming a guard and were about to celebrate, Venom's emotions changed drastically. He was furious now, and everyone around him could just see it in his eyes. Although he had fogiven Marg for her actions on the first test, and then the hard work they put into building the garrison for so long, being told afterwards that they were already guards only to be taken away from them that quick to be tested once again at their current state? It made no sense. Venom turned and threw the bottle at the nearest wall, smashing it into little pieces. He turned and walked over to get his gear, putting on his armor and tying his blade to around his waist. Afterwards he walked over to Kerag and Tallia.
I'm sorry brethren, but I quit. I will not be toyed with anymore...
He turns and begins to head towards the nearest exit.
You guys coming?...
Mikael, you can count me out of this test. If your bird boy comes at me, I will kill him.
As far as I'm concerned, you're dismissed. If you leave now the birdboy will just have me to deal with should he break in. She took a long drink, tasting it and looking to the windows as if expecting Kiga already.
"Hear that? Our acting Commander Mikael has dismissed us from this....debacle. Grayell doesn't have a say about our test, he's on vacation and we've been busting our asses. I'd say this last test of his only tries our patience."
He winked at Tallia.
"Unless you want to chase and eat the bird, feel free to join us at the Tavern or keep Commander Mikael company."
The orc sighed, looking over his shoulder at Margrett.
"Thank you Commander."
He turned to face her now, saluting. Then shook Venom's hand, smirking.
"Come on brother lets go get you wasted. You're an official guard now."
They left the Garrison, leaving birdboy tapping on the roof.

Tallia sat there, confused. She looked to Margrett, then to her fellow officers as they left, then to the mysterious bird-ninja.
"Nya....?"
She let out a long sigh as she shrugged. She planned on talking to Margrett in private after the test, but it seemed she'll have to deal with this first. Eying the bird-ninja-thug-person, she waited next to Margrett to see how things were going to unfold.
She nodded slowly, then took a small sip from the bottle. It was surprising to her that Margrett could down the stuff so easily... She shook her head, trying to clear out the strength of the drink. She handed the bottle back to Margrett.
Or not at all. The trapdoor to the roof opened and Kiga slipped in, landing behind them both in short order. He folded his arms and stared at the ground, entirely without expression.
Those two are arrogant it seems. I wonder the effectiveness of guards who cannot take orders. Meanwhile, your garrison has many flaws.
Kiga looked around a moment, studied the inside of this building.
Their arrogance is a flaw. Will they abandon you in a battle I wonder? This garrison is like any other, know it's strengths and it will serve it's purpose. Remain ignorant and see it fall.
He leaned on a post now, still without emotion.
But what perplexes me somewhat is that they have no desire to see it tested. They built it but do not care about their work. I might suggest that says leagues about their attitude as guards. They failed this test before it began.
Kiga then looks at Talli and tilts his head. He smiles, just the smallest amount.
She is capable of teamwork. She has heart. She does not put her sense of self before others. She passes.
It was a statement, cold and hard. She was turned away from him and nonchalantly took a drink.
All of them. You don't have any say in this. They left because this little test of yours is irrelevant and meaningless. I've fought with them. That's enough of a test for me. She hugged Tallia with one arm, smiling.
Kitten here just likes to hang out with me. She wasn't intending on participating. She gestured vaguely to the building.
This garrison is a formality. It's in a bad place to defend should any random armies decide to take over this small frontier town with no valuable resources to its name. Honestly giving it but the most cursory of tests regarding its ability to hold up against an attacker or stop someone from sneaking in is an exercise in futility.
That, kitten, was Grayell's paranoia walking out the door. She took another drink.
Kiga. He was apparently an old friend of Gray's, who needed some help...but Kiga wouldn't take handouts, so Gray paid him to watch the town while he was gone. Unfortunately Kiga chose to lie to me for no reason, so I'm going to passive-aggressively condescend to him as long as he continues to act like a stuck-up but misunderstood, violent but still passionate rogue. I don't buy the facade of professionalism. She said this cheerfully, without a hint of sarcasm. She smiled at Tallia.
The note was from Gray said that Kiga was to test and see if the garrison and the guards could withstand an intruder. Laughable, really, seeing as it's not finished, and there's only four of us. Glad you stayed, kitten. Have a drink. She pulled a bottle from the crate and handed it to her.
We can leave now if you want. Maybe go do something fun. Or stay here and drink. Either way.
