"Oh, I never had steak in the morning before, but I'll take a little if you don't mind me preparing it." she looked down at Tallia's cute little head now that was probably still smothered against her, "How about then Tallia, how do you feel about steak?"
Serenity wasn't a professional by any means, but towards the end of her days in Highever she learned to cook in secret thanks to her cooking staff. It was unsightly for one of her status to have to cook her own meals. This secret practice was in preparation for the beginning of her love's demise. Escaping from her home with James...
Tallia "There are some things... that we all can't escape from..."
She was a little jostled about the question. It was not often she was given a choice of food, nor have someone cook it for her. Regardless, her stomach sounded off again, desperate for a meal.
"Oh I could eat you myself if I could," Serenity said to Tallia, kissing her on the top of her head before moving out of bed finally. The author feels informed to remind you that she is naked and looks damn amazing.
Serenity went over to pick up her clothing where she, at least recalled putting them. Instead of their usual folds they were spewed all across the bedroom floor. The lady picked up her undergarments first before eventually reaching for her pants and shirt. Both were wrinkled beyond belief but she would wear them still for the rest of her stay at least. Serenity wouldn't dare walk around someone's home naked, as far as she knew there were some standards left.
"So dear one," she said to Tallia, "Was that your first time?"
Serenity rubbed her forehead in confusion. She swore she had no drink or at least not so much, otherwise there would be a headache involved and at the moment she was quite at peace.
"Lo siento, amor, I must have been imagining things. I swear your tail was up to no good though." she finished with a wink before heading towards the stove.
Serenity learned a multitude of human languages, at first through learning to sing and then taken a few classes seriously at the University. She knew well enough the romantic languages, and a few others to at least get by in the various kingdoms where they originated. She normally only spoke the common tongue, but with her closest friends, and James, she often let a foreign phrase slip that would emphasize what she was trying to say. Which ironically more than one of her friends wouldn't understand anyway.
"Do you have any milk Margrett?"
She said this casually as she found the stove and looked around for various tools before suddenly blushing with no given reason for it.
"That is, do you have any goat's or cow's milk..." she shook her head at the previous thought that made her blush.

Her ears perked up at the thought. It had been such a long time since she had milk; she considered it a rare delicacy, given that she's never really had money to buy any. She blushed a little. They didn't mind at all? Really? Maybe she was the only one crazy enough for it... Despite that, she was still apprehensive about it.
"I... is it... really OK...? I... I mean... isn't it... hard to come by... or... anything?"
She was entranced by the jar... If she didn't discipline herself, she would've already leapt for it and snatched it out of her hand.
"Not Margrett's stock anyway..." she said almost quietly but just loud enough for her blue friend to hear. She was surprised at how quickly she was to make such jokes. Perhaps her little awakening had something do with it.
Serenity got a fire going under the stove and placed the skillet above the fire, waiting for the iron to really heat up. Adding a little oil to one side and more on the other, Serenity asked for the steak and eggs. When she presumably received them she placed the items on the iron and watched them sizzle.
"So, Margrett, if I may ask, where did you come from? Did you and Tallia come together to Wistvale?"
