It's been a few days since he left the healers after being attacked horribly by some thugs under the streets of Wistvale. Dionne, Neko and Redblade were following a trail then, trying to catch the ones responsible for the murder of a man that had died in the Tavern from his wounds. Little did they know that they would fall right into a trap that led to the death of two thugs, an escape of one red haired cathian named Piper, and the terrible injuries the group had received from them.
Having seen how terrible Neko was, Redblade made it his mission to catch this thief and make him pay for his actions. He began with returning to where it all began. Having a few days pass already, he knew the odds of finding any clues in the alley were very dim, but maybe he could investigate the building they had entered before a little more this time around.
((Looking at continuing Bloodtrail. Alex it is up to you if you want to GM this.))

"I fought the law and then I was broken out... Is that a bad thing?"
::Returning to the warehouse, Redblade finds it much more active at this time of day then it was before. Workers can be seen moving stock around into and out of the building as others stand by with talley sheets marking the inventory exchanges. A fresh lock can bee seen on the door that had stood open on his last visit.::
Redblade assumed the door was opened since it was broad daylight and within working hours, he tries to enter the warehouse. He was a bit shocked to see it opened again, being that someone had just died not too long ago and was just dragged through there. Originally he had thought that this was the man's building and robbed because he was wealthy, but now he wasn't too sure. He had to find out and there seemed to be plenty of people to ask. If the door wasn't locked, he would try and get someone's attention.

"I fought the law and then I was broken out... Is that a bad thing?"
::Being a masked man in a place of business that had so recently seen criminal activity, Redblade does indeed get attention. Workers halt their work and move to keep crates between themselves and the masked man.
The foremen stop as well and turn to look at the man with a mix of fear and anger. One runs out the door at the other end...
Another speaks up...::
"Look, guy, we don't want any trouble, but you can't be here. Sam has already gone to fetch the Sentinels. So, unless you want more trouble than you planned on, I suggest you just turn around and leave."
Redblade should have seen that coming, but he had other things in mind at the moment. He raised his hands up, to show them he meant no harm, although he knew it probably wouldn't help him but it was worth a try.
I am not here to make trouble... I am actually looking for the man who broke into this warehouse not too long ago. I just want a word... The man that was murdered the night this place was broken into, did he work here or does anybody here know who he was?

"I fought the law and then I was broken out... Is that a bad thing?"
"We don't have time to help you find your partner. And we already told everyone...we didn't know the guy that was stabbed."
::Just then the guy that had run off returns. Behind him is two men in highly polished scalemail with purple cloaks pinned to their shoulders. They immediate draw swords as they see Redblade and approach.::
"Well. Well. Guess what the Captain says about idiot crooks returning to the scene of the crime was so daft after all..."
Redblade was confused as to what was happening. Why would the man think that him and the cathian were partners. He despised Piper for everything that had happened. To have him called "his partner" angered him... alot. Redblade was about to respond back, when the Sentinels showed up unsheathing their swords at him. Things were getting out of hand.
He kept his arms up, but took a few steps back to keep some distance from them and closer to the door he had entered.
I am no crook and there is no need for you to draw your swords. As you can see, I have my hands up and mean no one no harm. I am only looking for clues to catch a certain cathian that murdered a man not too long ago around here and attacked me and my companions that same night. Let's talk this out before things get ugly, yes?

"I fought the law and then I was broken out... Is that a bad thing?"
::The Sentinels take a step forward, not sheathing their weapons. The warehouse workers all step away and start filing out of the building on the far end from Redblade.::
"Words are like the wind, masked man. Actions show the truth. How about you be a nice fellow and take that mask off and lower your hood so we can get a good look at you."
Seeing as how this was turning out, Redblade knew that it would not end well if he continued there. Taking off his mask was not an option either. He continued stepping back slowly to not have them rush him.
On the contrary gentlemen. Words are stronger than swords... I would have thought that my actions would show that I am not the enemy here, but I guess not.
Now, taking my mask off will be meaningless to anybody... I wish we could have just talked this out, but it doesn't seem like you want that. I will not be falsely accused for something that I did not do. I hope you do your job and find the right guy soon, before I get to him.
Redblade lowers his hands and quickly tries to head towards the door from which he had entered from, which was really just behind him because he didn't enter the building that much in the first place. If able to close the door behind him, he extends his right hand out, with palm facing the floor where the door was and begins to cast a spell under his mask with a whisper. Sparkling particles then began to fall from his hand onto the floor, giving it a certain glow to it.

"I fought the law and then I was broken out... Is that a bad thing?"
::The men continue to advance slowly as Redblade backs away.::
"If you have nothing to hide, why hide your face? How do we know you're not Piper yourself?"
::Seeing you turn and leave through the door, they attempt to give chase.::
"HEY!! Stop in the name of the Sentinels of Wistvale!!"
::Redblade successfully exits the door and feels the effects of his spell take hold on the floor before turning and running straight into two more Sentinels, one with a drawn shortsword, the other with a loaded crossbow aimed at Redblade. Both seem pleased with themselves as they call out.::
"We got 'im, boys!! Come around, he's done sumthing to the..."
::There is a loud crackle and flash of dark light coming from the doorway Redblade had just trapped, folled by yells of pain. The expressions of the two Sentinels before him turn dark as the one with the sword reaches to his belt to draw out a set of manacles.::
"Sir. You are under arrest for the assault of two Sentinels. Please get on the ground and place your hands behind your back."
Could things get any worse? Redblade had found himself cornered now by two more sentinels. This was definitely a position he did not like. Hearing the other two he had hoped to leave behind squirm in pain by his trap, only worsened things with the present guards. He calmly raised his hands once again.
Whoa guys, you are making a huge mistake here. Although I may not look it, I am also one of the good guys. Your friends back there did not want to talk, so I was forced to try and escape. Again, I mean no one no harm. I am only looking for this Cathian named "Piper".
GM NOTE:: Redblade is a known felon and escaped criminal. This can and should effect all interactions with certain people that would be aware of his status. Especially the Sentinels.
"I fought the law and then I was broken out... Is that a bad thing?"
::The one with the manacles began to step forward as he sheathed his sword. The one with the crossbow raised it aim better at Redblade's chest.::
"Good men don't 'ide behind masks. They don't run when questioned by authorities, who WERE tryin' to talk to you. And if you meant no one any 'arm, then why'd you set a trap that would 'arm?
I said to get on your knees, SIR. And place your hands behind your back.
I will NOT ask again..."
::At this point the first two guards come out the door, looking a little banged up, but able to walk. They have their swords drawn and do their best to cover the rear while leaning against the wall for support.::
Redblade turns around to look at the two guards walk through the door he had previously set the trap on. Seeing that they were a little banged up, he got an idea that he would probably regret later, but he felt it was better than getting arrested at this point.
He turns back to face the guard that has the shackles, and takes the amount of steps needed to the side to try and position him in the path of the guard with the crossbow. While doing so, he tries to keep him distracted by responding to him.
Well that's not entirely true about whether good men wear masks or not. It represents the person who uses it, whether it is for good or bad. Having your buddies there point their weapons at me and accuse me of being someone I am not, was not talking things out. And... I set the minor trap to simply get away. They are still alive and walking, are they not?
Redblade prepared himself to make a move if everything went as planned. He was waiting for that exact moment where the guards would be aligned, so the crossbow would not be able to get a clear shot.

"I fought the law and then I was broken out... Is that a bad thing?"
The masked man found the oportunity he was looking for. It was now or never he thought. Just as the guard got within range, Redblade quickly grabbed his hand holding the manacles with his left, while his right arm comes up hard and fast to hit the guard's throat in hopes to paralyze him for a while. He quickly reaches for his shield on his back as he spins and throws shurikens at the two soldiers lying their back on the walls, aiming at their legs to slow them down even more before spinning back around to make sure the closest guard to him was still blocking the crossbows clear shot. He places his free arm around the guards throat, using him as a human shield as they slowly walk towards the corner to the nearest alley to try and escape, always looking back and forth aware of where the other guards were and keeping an eye at what they were doing. He yelled out at the guard who seemed like the most threat at the moment.
Don't do anything stupid, or you could hit your friend here.
Once he saw an opening where the crossbow guard would not get a clear shot once he ran around a corner of a building, Redblade kicked his hostage's back hard to try and throw him towards the crossbow guard, before taking off and trying to find somewhere to hide.... Or at least all of this was how he had imagined it.
Back to reality, he decided it was probably better to just turn himself in. Things had already got pretty ugly and it seemed he could even get more information on this Piper everyone seems to know about with the Sentinals. He knelt down and let himself get arrested.
