In the aftermath of the battle, while the Sentinels collected themselves, Neko did indeed find a card in the middle of the scorched earth the outworldly being left behind. The picture of the warrior she just fought was on it, along with the word "Knight" etched on the bottom.
Deck of Solomon: Knight Card Believed to be the incarnations of Solomon's ancient guard, these warriors are unlike anything modern men have faced with monstrous strength and arcane equipment unmatched. -Once per day, Summons a Knight to your aid, for five rounds, with the following stats: Brawn: 5 Endurance: 5 Martial Prowess: 5 Single Handed Melee Weaponry: 5 Two-Handed Melee Weaponry: 5 -If the Knight falls in combat, it will revert to its card form and rest where it fell. Be sure to pick it back up! -Card returns to owner if recalled or if the five rounds are up.
The Sergeant walked over to Neko after checking up on his men, "Thank you for the assistance, I'm not sure any of us would still be alive if you hadn't acted when you did. You have our gratitude."
After shaking her hand, the Sentinels made their way to the station to make their report, leaving Neko to seek after the rat. Unfortunately, there were no obvious signs of where the creature had gone off too.

::Neko scooped up the card and tucked it away with the other before wandering eyes could get too good of a look at it.
As worried as she felt carrying one of the Magick Cards, it was amplified at now having TWO to have to watch over. She was going to have to find a better place to keep them then on her own person. They would be too easy to take should she ever fall in battle or get captured. And she shuddered to think what hands they could fall into should either case ever happen.
She looked about again to be sure she had not missed anything before heading off in the direction she last saw the ratman heading. Chances are she lost any chance of catching him by choosing to stay behind and battle the Knight, but she felt she made the right choice.
She did not expect to find any sign of the ratman, but she would look regardless. Either way, she needed to head that direction anyway. The Mage Guildhouse that Father now called home was in that direction.
Perhaps it was time to speak with Father about them...::
