Name :Serafyna (Sare-ah-fee-nah) Race:Half-Garmr, Half Human Age:19 Physical Description: The young woman is a shine of youth and innocence, with smiling lime-colored irises always shining with warm behind the rounded thin-wire glasses she wears. Waves of hair the color of fresh blood cascade messily down to her naval, framing her face, though she often prefers to keep the defiant locks pulled back loosly with a hair tie, the shorter pieces free to frame her lilac features. She is slight in figure, a small thin and slightly fragile frame, her clothing always seems a little too big for her.
Serafyna often dresses in simple comfortable clothing, generally modest. She has often even taken to wearing mens cloathing. Never is the young woman seen without at least a few books in arms reach. Light freckles dot her cheeks, and a thin scar, like an old burn, curls along the side of her jaw on the left side.
Blood red ears, fox-like almost, perk just above where her ears should be, and she generally keeps her long wispy tail hidden under her clothes, depending on her mood. A black collar with small spikes adorns her throat, a short length of chain links hanging to her chest, and a strange-looking amulet hanging from the end. Her nails are black and slightly pointed, and the soles of her feet have pads like a dog on them. She often goes about barefoot.

The on person capacity is how many things you can carry on your person besides the normal equipment. This is based on your brawn and can be raised by buying things like a backpack or beltpack. At level 1 Brawn you can carry a backpack. There are a few in the store to allow you to carry extra gear. If bought you have extra storage for things like healing potions, camping gear and the like.
Those would be listed under items carried. As you continue to play the game and gather others; things bought or given to you during an adventure. You can always store the items that you cannot carry in your house. These would be listed on your sheet as items stored.

“Put some clothes on, you weird, yellow-eyed, table-dancing, werewolf-training, cryptic, stare-me-right-in-the-eyes-and-don't-even-blink wench.”
Side note, Blood is not a weapon. It is a fluid object required to cast Blood Magic. Unless she carried massive jars of it on her person have her carry a weapon, or none.

At any rate it still applies. The regulations on magic and what not was fuzzy until recent developments, the same goes for equipment. Yes magic is a form of weapon the slots in the sheet indicate what is being WORN, and equipped. Blood does not fit that category unless she is bleeding at all times.
Hope that clarifies my stand point a bit clearer.
