Ivys full name is Ivanna Felice Nurmegg, but dont let her hear you call her it. She cant stand it. She grew up with her mother and father, who loved her very much. She doesnt have any other family, and has always wanted a little sister to play with and talk to, and when she met Sera, although the girl was a year older, Ivy loved her like a little sister. She had begged her parents for a bow when she was 7, and her father went out and bought her one. She quickly became a master of it, and used it to help protect Sera from the boys of the village, who liked to torment the girls. Ivy wouold threaten them, so they eventually left her alone for the most part, but they still went after Sera.
After Sera went crazy and killed six boys from their village, her friend left and Ivy sat next to the bodies as the rain poured down, and that is how the villagers found her. She told them she had killed the boys, and that Sera had been scared and ran from her. After that, she didnt go into town much, and two years later, when she turned 18, she decided to leave and look for her friend. Before she left, she was given a gift from her father, the small dagger she keeps hidden down her dress.
Ivy hates to be called a child. It really bugs her, she thinks 18 is old enough to be considered an adult, which is how she sees herself. She understands why people consider her a child, though. She looks rather child-like and innocent. Not much like a fighter at all. She hasnt used this to her advantage yet, and is rather looking forward to it.
On her way to Wistvale, she had been sitting at a lake and making water balls that she dropped over the woods next to her, she dropped it on Vanidus's head. He then decided to let Ivy travell with him.
