Ok. So here's how it works. If you wanted your carapace to act as natural armor, you would have to state that you had it and spend points in the closest armor talent we have.
So you could say, 3 points in plate armor and that's your NATURAL armor. It is effective as someone wearing plate with 3 points invested. It would stop you wearing any other amor except for simple clothes to cover up though.
If you wanted to use your pincers, I would say they are unlike conventional weapons and therefore, would suggest you put your points in martial prowess as it means fighting with your bare hands - or in this case, pincers.
So you put X points in MP, that's how effective you are when wielding you pincers. This won't impact your ability to strap on weapons and what not BUT it's a permanent feature on your head. You would 'equip' your pincers as a permanent helm - which would prevent you wearing other helms.
So, you are saying that I do not need the anatomy points? And that what I had submitted before was okay with the martial prowess being how I would fight with the pincers and the light armor being his exoskeleton?
Yup, your points indicate how effective your unique biology is. You just have to equip it all in place of where normal people would use gear. The 3rd post in this thread explains everything.
If you have an anatomical weapon ie: your fangs or claws and what not, you don't have to have them equipped in any way. You SHOULD make note of those features.
How effective your natural weaponry is depends ENTIRELY on Martial Prowess.

'Kay then, my character has a large biteforce, as well as sharp, banana shaped teeth. In short, he's a 6 foot T.rex (Downsized in all categories) Which can chomp through bone and light armour (but not both at the same time) would this be okay?
Ok, to simplify things we have made it so any anatomical weapon's effectiveness is governed by the amount of points you have in the Martial Prowess talent.

Ack! Sorry, i'm still in Sciencey-debating mindset from a previous forum, so the Dinosaur-anatomy-strength stuff just sort of flows. It's habit, and it hates dying
Anywho, the main point of the post was to ask if strong jaws would be okay as weapon
Jaws are fine but their strength depends on Martial Prowess. If you want very strong jaws, you would need a 4 or 5 in that skill and it allows you to use your body for fighting.
Biting through people and trees might be a tad too much though lol. We like our people to start out quite balanced.

Your bite is definitely an effective weapon with 5 MP. If you would like to use it as a tool as well, for tearing through or damaging things, I would suggest having points in Brawn. That way outside of combat, you could utilize your jaws with the brawn talent to do more with them.
Balanced for a bite? Well someone punching with 5 MP is going to hurt someone as bad as your bite. A swordsman with 5 in his chosen weapon would be quite capable of cutting people in half and what not.

No worries. One last thing though - and this is just my opinion. As a 14 foot long dinosaur, you may find you size impairs your ability to do some pretty simple things. Say your party is riding horses. You won't be able. You could run, but you'd need great athletics and endurance to keep pace with a horse. You will find that getting armor could be quite difficult as well. The size of your body may also prove to be an issue when adventuring say, underground.
You can run with it, that's fine. Just letting you know I see it being a hindrance more often than you might consider at first

Having a lot of those hindrances would probably make posting a lot more fun, although i see your point, there's a lot of basic things he can't do. I might need to do some retooling of the original profile to make it work in that regard. Such as increasing agility + endurance and detracting from stuff i could lv up in later. As far as the underground thing goes... that's a problem but i'll roll with it.
