Chaz was walking by when he saw the man. The blacksmith was pretty close to the council building apparently. He walked up behind him and stood for a moment, trying to figure out what to say.
Uhhh...zombies?
A good scientist is a person with original ideas. A good engineer is a person who makes a design that works with as few original ideas as possible.

The egde of the roof came quickly, lumbering up easily with his unqiue running form. His foot kicked away and gave him the momentum to twist in the air, his scarf twisting and fluttering as he dropped.
Sailing over them, Kiga slammed to the dirt beside the man in black, his eye locked on the doctor; dust billowing out from his three point landing. He sneered, just a little and a fan of knives appeared in his hand. He stayed crouched, weapons behind him and all too ready to strike, but he looked to Chaz and then Margrett as feathers settled to the dust.
Kiga shifted his weight and then stretched to stand. He was smaller than Margrett but purpose built and showed very little apprehension. The knives swirled in his hand and slipped into his belt, hidden. He folded his arms but kept his eye on her, unblinking.
As Chaz looked at Kiga, something clicked in his brain. Immediately he wanted to attack him. His instincts demanded it. But his rational side was also incredibly intimidated by him. Chaz settled for feeling neutral about the newcomer, and waved in a friendly manner.
You sure seem confident. Haha. Cause...yeah.

Kiga looked at Chaz with an almost cruel eye and only nodded in response. Chaz might have noticed something oddly familiar about his eye though. Something he may have seen in someone else.
Kiga shifted his weight, if she wasn't going to cooperate he could not allow her to stand in his way.
I passed Kerag and a few of the others on the way in here. I'm sure the problem is well in hand. She took a step forward, poking his chest with two fingers.
Who you are and what your "duty" is matters a lot to me. I'm not going to just accept some random little kid coming into my town and being pushy. You're asking for trouble, slim. The living dead are dangerous in one way. A saboteur? Dozens more.
Kiga looked down at her hand with a slight frown and then back up to her, expressionless. He hardly even breahed and showed not the slightest degree of concern.
Your misconceptions are of no concern to me. If you have no need of me then fine. Farewell Captain Mikael.
Kiga stepped back, then turned on his heel and walked from her without any sense of urgency.
