Grayell leans closer. His shoulders square with hers and he lets go of the boon. His face is but an inch from hers and his jaw his set... but grinning.
Captain? I don't count on anything.
With that he tosses the gourd aside, grabs a rope and a fish spear that's set on the side of the boat and with a smug grin and a set of entirely suggestive eyes - rolls backward off the side of the boat. He dives immediately.
Or did he? It took a a few minutes and a couple of ripples here and there that she missed... but he finally broke the surface by the boat. Spear in hand, he'd caught a fish and was smiling quite pleased with it.
He pulled himself up onto the boat and set the spear down and then looked at her as though a little confused. He couldn't hide the grin though.
You don't mind turning around do you? I'm kinda soaked here and well, I'd hate to offend you Captain.
He was playing it entirely cool, though it was also very obvious he was toying with her. He slipped his thumbs into his pants waist and started to unbuckle his belt.
Grayell shrugged as he removed his belt and then took down his trousers, stepping out of them. He had an appropriate wrap about his unmentionables of course and sat down, folding his legs under him. He reached to his belt, dripping wet and produced his knife. Taking the fish off the spear he looked at her.
He cut apart the fish and offered her some, seeing her refusal he ate it himself. He sighed as it filled his belly and he leaned back on the edge of the boat, water lapping at it's sides. Seems the wind had died off some.
Grayell looked at her and then down to his fish as he finished it. He tossed it over the side and then rinsed off his hands. After doing so he went around the sail and took a seat beside her, side against hers. He looked at her for a moment and then off the back of the boat.
You're wrong. I... can't quite figure you out Marg... which is entirely thrilling. But I thought for certain love that that, was a tease. And I'm sorry if I misconstrued it. You're hardly easy to read Marg.
He smiled and breathed deep, then let it go slowly.
Besides.
I like you far more than that.
He bit his lip then and his eyes drifted skyward. That was a pretty big thing to admit.. and quite so casually. That fish didn't rest so well in his stomach right about now.

Grayell shrugged and laughed quietly for a moment. He patted her leg and then got up, sitting on the edge of the boat beside her. He didn't show any sign of being upset.
Figures.
So... it's my question. Don't answer if you don't want to hm?
She had that damn hat on but all the same, he wasn't going to let her off that easily.
So tell me this Captain... just what is it about me that doesn't do it for you hm? Tell me why I'm not your type.
Call me curious.
He was grinning like a cheshire cat, not that it mattered to hat woman.
You're too headstrong. You're too much like me. We're like two sides of a magnet, pushing each other away. It wouldn't work, in any real sense other than physical.
