"Ivanna Felice Nurmegg" Serafyna hissed, hands on her hips, using Ivys full name in a moment of absolute annoyance. It wasn't often she became irritated, or angry or anything of the like. Very few things set her off. And one of them was the age old argument she and Ivy, and many before them, had had. Medical versus Healing. Science versus Magic. Which was better. Yes, even Serafyna and 'Ivanna' had been pulled into its depths. The two were still as close as could be, despite the many rounds of argument the two had fallen into, only ending when one of them ran out of points or they became distracted. "It may be more available, but its so... LIMITED! You cannot bring a man to conciousness with healing the same way you can with a handfull of smelling salts!" She threw up her hands in exhaspiration.
Ivy gave Sera a murderous glare. "What have I told you about using that name?" she snapped, taking her bow and an arrow off her back and nocking it, aiming and let the arrow free from the bow. She looked a bit calmer as a crow fell from the sky to land in the middle of herself and Sera, dead with an arrow sticking out of its heart. "And what if you dont have time to get the salts out, or if you dont have any?" she snarled. "And the cost! You need to pay for all that suff!" she kept her bow in her hand.

Serafyna threw her arms in the air, apparently too distracted to care about the crow. "There are other plants you can find just about anywhere in the forest that have the same properties! Easy! Plus! I never get tired! You heal a papercut and need a bloody breather!" she snapped. "And MUST you do that?" she waved off handedly at the fallen avian.
Ivy was just about to answer when she noticed they were getting quite a crowd. With an angry snarl, she turned to face the biggest guy there. "What exactly, are you looking at?" she snapped in a dangerous voice. The man gave her and then Sera a semi scared look before backing away, taking most of the crowd with him, and Ivy turned back to her friend. "Now do you see what youve done?" she snapped at her too. "Are you happy now?" she glared daggers at Sera. "You always do thing like that!"
Serafyna [M:30:350:][D3v:http://rpgmenagerie.com/index.cgi?board=cs&action=display&thread=854]Im so sorry!
Serafynas jaw dropped comically. "ME?! You're the one who can't get a flarbing clue!" She spun and grabbed the large mans wrist. "You think I'm right, right?!" The mans eyes widened as he looked back and forth between the furious females and, with a rather high pitched scream, ran off. "Now THAT was all you!" she rounded on Ivy as if it was her fault.
Now it was Ivys turn to have her jaw drop in disbelief. "Me? YOU were the one to grab his wrist!" she nearly shrieked. "Its no wonder people stay away from you!" She guestured towards the direction the burly man ran off to.
Shen happened to be walking by during the commotion, something not of note had the commotion not been there in the first place. He stopped only long enough to peer over the rim of his glasses at the dead bird and then decided, after hearing the content of their quarrel; that he would much rather continue on his way.
Serafyna looked visibly hurt by her accusation. "Y- you know thats..." she threw her hands up and tried to stomp away, only to crash into a rather creepy looking man (shen) and drop her glasses. "O- oh I- I'm sorry..." she mumbled, picking up her glasses then and hurrying past, upset.
Ivy looked stricken when she saw Seras hurt exression. She hadnt meant to hurt her friends feelings. With a glare to the man Sera had bumped into, Ivy took off after her friend. "Sera! Wait, please! Im sorry!" She pleaded, hating herself for talking to much again.
Shen adjusted his own glasses, after having the frantic red head crash into his chest. He looked after the departing Sera, then noticed the snobbery on Ivy's face. He only shook his head and rolled his eyes as he took his leave then, muttering a long line of words amongst which were 'amatuers', 'children', 'uneducated' and 'foul'.
He also wondered why, coincidentally; both of their avatars had water in the background.
Serafyna stopped a few steps later, hand over her mouth, shoulders shaking. As Ivy drew near she suddenly lifted her head and burst into small giggles. "Got you! That was revenge for toppling the books on me last week!" She smiled brightly at Ivy. Her ears twitched in Shens direction, catching his rather hurtful comments and for a brief moment she flinched, smile faltering, but she forced it back up. The 'foul' comment had unearthed particularily painful memories, but she had experienced worse. And as for the background of water well... one could argue that blood is a liquid? Or the oh so lovely Kiko who handles such beautiful avatars decided to display the pairs close 'background' with a matching.... background... *cough*
Ivy froze, stunned, then quickly became irritated again. "Me drop the books on you? That was your own fault, if you didnt pile those stupid things like you do, you wouldnt have a problem, would you?" she huffed. Suddenly getting an idea, she smiled wickedly at Sera. "Now, I think I have a sloution for the start of our little discussion." Ivys eyes were gleaming like they always did when got to thinking about going on adventures, and she reached out to grasp her older friends arm, tugging on it. "Why dont we go find something to fight, THEN we will know that Im right."

Serafynas eyes widened and she shook her head. "O- oh no! N- n- no way! Th- thanks but I'll stick to m- my books!" She immediatly tried to run in the opposite direction, not that it would do much good...
Ivy reached out and snagged the collar around Seras neck. "Then how are you going to find out Im right? Come on! You know I wont let anything happen to you!" Ivy was imaptient now, excited for another adventure. All she needed to do was drag Sera along. "Ill buy you a new book when we get back!" she bribed.
Serafyna [M:30:350:][D3v:http://rpgmenagerie.com/index.cgi?board=cs&action=display&thread=854]Im so sorry!
Serafyna yipped when she was suddenly dragged along, curling up slightly like a frightened pup. "I- I have to p- protest your un- unorthodox travel m- methods m- miss Ivy...."
