Grayell slung an arm around Zaedus' neck and and folded one leg over the other, leaning on the Worgen.
You'll be working beside one another. Margrett will be preoccupied with the training of the recruits whilst you and I have our council obligations.
Grayell patted him on the shoulder and then took his weight off him, turned to face him.
But come friend, you've been gone quite some time. You must have all manner of stories to share, battles you've endured. I am going to buy you dinner - as soon as the recruits here finish.
Eh, why not I could always benefit form it, and I agree what use is a fat Worgen anyways?
He laughed adding in on the poking fun of himself. He walked to the side of the room and stripped off his cloak and armor leaving only his plated belt and loin cloth. As the Worgen removed his protective layering it was apparent he was no amateur or stranger to combat. Long jagged scars adorned his chest and back, the deeper ones leaving no hair. Along his right shoulder the skin was marred and mutilated from what seemed to be a long since healed burn. He stretched his body and shook.
Still seemed to be a bit warmed up from my last spar with one of the hopefuls. Poor boy, beat him badly, but I admired his courage. Now then, who would like to give this old Worgen a one-two huh?
Venom kept his eye on the orc as he prepared to battle him. He had but little time to prepare and less time to study his opponent. Many humans had fallen to his blade. This would be the first time he'd ever face an orc. Now that they were both standing, Venom realized how much taller and bigger this orc was.
"Maybe I shouldn't have pissed him off earlier."
No turning back now. He was determined to become a guard.
"Let's see here. He's pretty big which means he's probably a little slower than me. The scars on his body are proof that he can take a beating, not to mention that armor he's wearing will be difficult to get passed through. There's got to be a weak spot.... Found it. Now the problem will be getting to it without being cut in half by his sword."
While he was planning his attack, his eyes opened wide when the orc charged him. No way was he going to try and block that attack. He was well aware that someone that size had to have an immense power behind him. The only thing that crossed Venom's mind was to avoid it so he rolled to the side hoping to counter attack with a quick jab to the orc's back and step back to have some space betweem them.
Grayell smiled, rubbing his chin... but rolled his hands, his wrists cracking.
Tell you what. The Captain was just putting me through my paces as I insist that all guards get and education in unarmed combat. The two of you will be working with each other quite a lot I imagine, so no time to start like the present.
Kerag landed, his sword slamming into the ground with a great thud, kicking up dust all around him. Venom rolled away, dodging the heavy blow, returning with a quick jab to his back. Not that it did too much with the plate armor in the way. The metal sang sharply as it was struck, knocking Kerag a little to the side but he quickly recovered, rolling his neck and popping it.
Just watching the tattooed human's body language was enough to tell he finally made an impression upon him. This time he did not attempt to stifle his laughter. "Of course not Venom, you still breath do you not?" The orc retorted, stepping towards Venom again, rotating his hips and swinging the blade in a wide horizontal arc, aiming with the flat of the sword.
His good eye examined Venom's stance and body type, knowing an agile fighter when he saw one. Plate armor is good for defense and taking extra punishment, and for an orc he considered himself a spry one at that, still the weight would slow him down. He had to get in close and deliver some punishment, however he could.
The edges of the sword were flipped away from Venom's flesh, as he attempted a blunt attack at the human's midsection. There was an unmistakable joy about Kerag's features, he appeared to be smiling.

"Note to self: Never try to punch someone with heavy armor on."
Venom's fist hurt from the blow he through to the orc's armor. He shook his wrist from the pain and took a few steps back. This was going to be harder than he thought. He had to aim for the unprotected areas of his opponent. When Kerag swung as he turned around, Venom jumped back trying to dodge the sword once again. The next strike Venom had no choice but to defend himself swinging his body with his sword to clash with Kerag's, followed by a kick to his left knee.
Kerag's blade collided with Venom's own, a loud reverberating noise ensuing as the two battle-degraded swords clashed, his weapon snapping in two. Kerag's eyes widened, bellowing an undecipherable beast like growl. Most of the blade flew off from the strike, landing tip first into the ground nearby, the hilt fallen at their side. Unarmed, he saw Venom strike with his leg and took the blow, wincing and grumbling from the sharp shock, hoping it bought him enough time to reach and grab a hold of his foot or leg. If he could get his hands on the boy, Kerag's chances of controlling the fight were better.

Having broken the orc's sword, Venom was distracted for a second and failed to pull his leg back on time to turn and realize the orc had a good grab of it. Venom dropped his sword hopping forward with his one free leg to try and grab a hold of the orc's neck.
Kerag grumbled in satisfaction, gripping Venom's leg tight as he felt hands grabbing at his neck.
"Not bad, persistent aren't we?"
The perfect opportunity he thought deviously to himself, using all of his weight and momentum to push forward against Venom, still holding his leg while the boy hopped on his free leg at him, hoping to throw him off balance and fall to the ground, a large orc in heavy armor falling down on him if successful.
Upon having a large and heavy orc falling down on him, Venom grabbed a hold of the Orc's neck tighter and just prepared his body for the impact. The drop was pretty painful. Venom felt a pop on his leg and was about to let out a loud scream of pain, but the weight of his opponent took the air out of him too. At a great disadvantage Venom still never let go of the orc's neck and took a second to gain his breath. Ignoring his pain for a second he knew this would be his only oportunity to strike the orc at his only weak spot. Venom tried sticking his thumb in the orc's eye to try and blind him hoping to turn the tide of the battle.
Did he hear a crunch? Kerag wasn't sure, but he grinned when he felt Venom gasp underneath him. He had to commend the boy though, for he never once let go of his neck through the entire ordeal, and that alone was impressive. He thought for sure that the duel was at its end, but then he saw a thumb come at his eye and...
"CURSE YOU BOY!" Kerag screamed, the world turning black as Venom blinded him, hopefully not permanently, but for now at least he was going to have trouble seeing. Without many options left to the orc, he knew he had to keep the human close. Not that he was going anywhere with an orc right on top of him. His grip loosened from Venom's leg and he tried wrapping both hands around his torso, intending to tense his muscles and squeeze him in a bear hug.

Yes! With the orc now blind Venom thought he had gain some type of advantage but then he felt the orc's arms beginning to squeeze his torso. Venom let out a groan first trying to pull himself out of the hold but it was useless. The orc was too strong for him. Quickly losing his breath again, Venom had to do something. He raised both hands in the air with palms opened and then dropped them hard to the orc's ears hoping he would cause him more pain.
