Thank you sir, here is 30 gold pieces. That is all that i have, but to make sure i pay you the extra 20 pieces, here is my grandfathers pipe that i would never forget. I will be back in a day or two to repay you, is that alright?
Jericho held the blade and the pipe, not wanting to give either, but the pipe wasnt essential to the job.
"The 'ell are we supposed to do with a bloody pipe?! We can' do nuthin with..." the short man was interrupted by the black smith who stepped over from behind the counter to face Jericho.
He stared at the pipe for a moment, examining its features and then looked at Jericho in the eyes, "Keep pipe, money is enough."
He opened his hand to receive the pouch of gold Jericho had.
Improved Standard Long Sword A common weapon used by professional mercenary guilds and guards alike. This light blade is near effortless to swing, the edge can easily slice clean through two unarmored opponents, penetrate light armor with ease, and with sufficient strength cleave through medium armor.
Jericho bowed is head a little and fished out the bag of gold. He plopped it down in the mans hand, sheathed his new sword and started towards the door.
Skul had quietly taken his leave after receiving the money. He decided to look for a general store of some sort in town. He pulled his hat low and his scarf up over his mouth. No need to scare people unless they looked hard. He stepped outside into the town.
Of all the graveyards in all the towns in all the world, she had to walk into mine.

After receiving his money, Daenien had immediately sought out the one called 'Linda'. He needed those herbs as soon as he could get them. He resisted the urge to lift things off the walls; he wouldn't have anywhere to keep them and after revealing a knowledge of poisons he would most likely be the first suspect. He heard shouting, hesitated, then shook his head. No reason to eavesdrop; he was a thief, not a gossip. He continued down his path, frowning despondently as he evaluated the worth of each item he passed. "Probably not the best way t' spend the time if I'm trying not to steal anything..." he muttered to himself.
And so Jericho left with his pipe and new sword in hand, and now he was outside. Dinner time would be coming around soon though, if he had any other business he'd like to see it would have to be taken care of quickly. _____
"I know you're a skeleton." said some little girl who happened to cross Skul. She looked to be 5 perhaps, and was carrying a little rag doll whose clothes looked a little cleaner than her own.
Traveling down the same road as Jericho, Skul could see a variety of stores, most looked abandoned though. In front of one building hanged a sign with a picture of a sack filled with grain with a cross of clamps under it. The building looked to be the best kept in town though that wasn't saying much.
_____
Linda was not far after just escorting the party, Daenien would see her eventually as he traveled down the hallway.
When he did, she turned at hearing him walking, "Is..is there something more I can help you with sir?"

Daenien nodded quickly. "For the poison I'm making to help take down this creature, I need some herbs. I believe you'll know the first two; they're fairly common, but the third one might take some time to find. I need Merryweed, Blackwatch, and Bloodcurse. I also need half a pound of salt, and if possible something to mix them with-- and in." He took a breath, then grinned. "Sorry for putting all of this on you at once."
Skul looked down at the girl, adjusting his scarf.
Do you now? Isn't that kind of a silly thing to think? How can I be a skeleton? Skeletons are dead. He came to the store and opened the door, standing in the doorway and holding it open with his body in case the girl wanted to follow him inside.
And even if I were a skeleton, skeletons are evil, right? I wouldn't be holding the door for you.
Of all the graveyards in all the towns in all the world, she had to walk into mine.
Linda took out a little pocket book and made a note of everything that Daenien asked for, "I'll be sure to get this to the market ser. They'll be in your room tonight, I promise."
With that she walked off quickly to fill the order. _____
The little girl simply shook her head and walked off, muttering something about skeletons having no brains.
Inside the store, Skul could see mostly produce and grain although most of it looked bad. He could tell that the best of what was left was layered on top of the bad pile. In the back of the store more general items could be seen, ranging from tools to house hold items. More of these could be seen behind the counter where a portly bald man could be seen.

"Thank you, Madame," he said, bowing deeply. He waited for her to turn the corner, then turned and started back for his room. He needed to make sure it was ventilated well. While Hunter's Folly didn't release any fumes, the creation process most certainly did and he wasn't willing to risk killing himself by inhaling too much of the stuff.
He arrived at his room, finally, and opened the door. "What do we have to work with...?" he murmured, glancing around.
The shop keep was a bit taken back by Skul's appearance, not sure what to really say at first.
"I..errr right then."
The man bent down and the sound of a door sliding could be heard. He came back up seconds later with a hard case full of 10 cigarets.
"That'll be 10 gold for the pack there sir."
_____
Daenien's room was simple, outfitted with only the essentials; a bed, nightstand, and desk to say the least. Other things were just decoration, a fur rug, a painting, and a window.
It would be a little while before the materials arrived, perhaps after dinner.

Daenien shrugged. "This'll do, I suppose. Would've been better with a bigger window." He moved to the desk and, mustering his strength, pulled it over under the window. He then opened up the window. "Best to get m' workspace set up first," he murmured, then lay down on his bed, staring at the ceiling. "Now, just wait for a while," he sighed.
"Hmph, we ain't got silver in this town, at least not among us common folk. Swiftaxe has a small supply I hear, but all I got is stainless steel lighters.
He bent down again to retrieve the lighter and brought it back up on the counter. It wasn't fancy looking, just a simple stainless steel lighter.
